Ipsen is a leading global biopharmaceutical company dedicated to improving lives through innovative medicines in Oncology, Rare Disease, and Neuroscience. We are seeking motivated graduate degree candidates for our accelerated growth program, Spark!
Spark is a 3 to 5-year global accelerated program that offers extensive training, coaching, and visibility to senior management. The program is structured as several 12-month rotations, each in a different function within the company. These include rotations in areas such as but not limited to Sales, Marketing, Operations, Market Access, Business Development, and Digital Health. After the rotations, Sparks will be placed into a supervisory role for 2 to 3 years before ultimately growing into a succession plan for global pivotal role (General Manager, Medical Director, R&D Asset Lead, Business Unit Head, Global Brand Lead, etc.). The program includes participation to an active Spark community, Global Leadership Team mentorship, an individual coaching journey, and eligibility to multi-job assignments including international. As Spark is a performance-based program, these all depend on individual performance.
