About the role
Ipsator is looking for a UX/UI Designer with 1-3 years of experience to join our team in Bengaluru. In this role, you will be responsible for designing both B2B enterprise platforms and B2C consumer applications. You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to craft intuitive and visually appealing experiences for our AI-powered solutions. Your work will directly impact data-driven enterprise platforms, customer engagement tools, and consumer-facing apps.
Key Responsibilities
User Research & Insights: Conduct user research for both enterprise clients and end consumers, understanding business and user needs.
Designing for B2B & B2C: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI for enterprise software, dashboards, consumer-facing apps, and digital products.
Consumer-Focused UX: Ensure engaging, intuitive experiences for B2C users, balancing functionality with visual appeal.
Data-Driven UX: Apply AI/ML-driven insights to enhance user interactions and personalize experiences in feedback analytics and engagement platforms.
Collaboration & Implementation: Work closely with product managers, developers, and data teams to bring user-friendly designs to life.
Usability Testing & Iteration: Conduct A/B testing and usability testing to refine designs based on user feedback.
Design Systems & Branding: Maintain design consistency across Ipsator's platforms while adapting to B2B and B2C needs.
