Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an IPQA (In-Process Quality Assurance) Officer based in Dhar. The IPQA Officer will be responsible for monitoring production activities to ensure compliance with quality standards, conducting quality checks, and verifying adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). The role involves sampling, inspecting materials, ensuring proper documentation, and promptly identifying and reporting non-conformance. The IPQA Officer will play a critical role in driving quality improvements and ensuring that production processes meet stringent regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles, including process monitoring, compliance standards, and documentation requirements.
- Experience with sampling, inspecting raw materials, in-process checks, and finished goods to ensure quality standards are met.
- Proficiency in analyzing and resolving non-conformance issues promptly and effectively.
- Ability to enforce SOPs and regulatory compliance, particularly in a manufacturing or pharmaceutical production environment.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in an on-site setting.
- A degree or diploma in pharmacy, chemistry, or a related field is preferred. Prior experience in pharmaceutical or capsule manufacturing is an advantage.
