Role Description The IPQA (In-Process Quality Assurance) professional in the quality department will be responsible for monitoring and controlling product quality at every stage of cosmetic manufacturing. This full-time, on-site role is based in Noida and involves performing line clearance, in-process checks, and sampling to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards. The role includes reviewing batch manufacturing records, verifying raw materials and packaging materials, and ensuring adherence to GMP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements. The IPQA professional will collaborate with production, R&D, and quality control teams to identify deviations, implement corrective and preventive actions, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Daily tasks also include maintaining documentation, preparing quality reports, and participating in internal audits and customer inspections.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of in-process quality assurance, GMP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements in the cosmetic or personal care industry.
- Experience with batch manufacturing records, line clearance, sampling, and in-process checks for cosmetic products.
- Understanding of quality control tests, specifications, and documentation practices for raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.
- Ability to collaborate with production, R&D, and quality teams to address deviations and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Good written and verbal communication skills for reporting, documentation, and participation in audits and inspections.
- Diploma or degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, or a related field; prior experience in cosmetic or personal care manufacturing is preferred.
- Willingness to work on-site in Noida and follow strict health, safety, and quality protocols.
