About the Position We are looking for an innovative and inquisitive Pricing & Data Scientist to join Iplex either based in Melbourne or Brisbane in this newly designed role. This role is being implemented to support the pricing team and the National Pricing Manager with rebuilding and standardising rules and processes. As a Pricing Specialist at Iplex, you will play a key role in our business, your role will also involve collaborating with sales, finance, and operations to align pricing strategies with business objectives. Leveraging your expertise in using an ERP, Excel, SQL, and Python, you will conduct in-depth pricing analysis & investigations, manage data-driven pricing models, and support strategic decision-making. You will develop and maintain the pricing matrix in JDE (our current ERP), In this role you will be the subject matter expert ensuring accuracy and competitiveness, and conduct detailed pricing analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks. Additionally, you will implement dynamic pricing strategies to maximise revenue and margin, extract, clean, and analyse large datasets from multiple sources, and build and automate pricing dashboards and reports for real-time decision-making.
