IPG's Medical Products Group is focused on developing next-generation medical products based on IPG's state-of-the-art lasers. The Medical Software Test Engineer is responsible for qualification, verification, documentation, and developing Production and field application software used in medical lasers.
Responsibilities:
Software verification/validation testing for field application software and internal Production utility software
Software documentation: Software Requirement Specifications and Software Validation/Verification protocols
Production software documentation: Software Requirement Specifications, Software Verification Protocols, Manufacturing Procedures and Work Instructions
Support and interact with other departments, including R&D, technical support, field service, and manufacturing
Production Database (PDB) testing, troubleshooting, and interfacing with Production software utilities
