Senior Associate - Analytics

As a Senior Associate - Analytics, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing advanced analytical solutions to drive business insights and decision-making. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business challenges, identify data sources, and leverage analytical tools and techniques to uncover meaningful patterns and trends. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement data models, algorithms, and statistical analyses to generate actionable insights - Collaborate with stakeholders to define analytics requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions - Perform data mining, segmentation, predictive modeling, and other advanced analytical techniques - Communicate analysis findings and recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences - Stay up-to-date with the latest analytical tools, technologies, and best practices - Contribute to the continuous improvement of the analytical capabilities and infrastructure Requirements: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Engineering - 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role - Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or other data manipulation and analysis tools - Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Experience in data visualization and dashboard development
