Communications Manager

The Communications Manager will be responsible for developing and executing integrated PR and communications strategies that elevate the IPG Mediabrands brand, our services, and our expert talent. This role will work closely with our Global Chief Communications Officer and the Communications function to plan and implement strategic communications programs, drive earned media coverage, and manage critical employee, client, and stakeholder communications. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement an integrated communications plan to support the IPG Mediabrands brand and business objectives - Manage media relations and secure earned media coverage for the IPG Mediabrands brand, services, and expert talent - Oversee the creation and distribution of engaging content across owned, earned and social media channels - Provide strategic communications counsel to IPG Mediabrands leaders and support the execution of internal and external communications initiatives - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to amplify key messages and drive employee engagement - Measure and report on the impact of communications programs to optimize efforts - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities
