Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Kolkata for an IPD Executive. The IPD Executive will manage in-patient department operations, coordinate patient admissions and discharges, and handle documentation processes. Responsibilities will also include maintaining records, ensuring patient satisfaction, and serving as a liaison between medical staff and patients for seamless communication. The role emphasizes operational efficiency and high service standards.
Qualifications
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to interact effectively with patients, families, and medical staff
- Basic administrative and record-keeping skills
- Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to address operational challenges with a solutions-oriented approach
- Knowledge of healthcare industry standards and hospital procedures is an advantage
- Proficiency in computer applications and patient management systems; familiarity with MS Office Suite
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field
- Previous experience in hospital or healthcare management roles is preferred
