Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an IPD (Inpatient Department) Coordinator located in Bhubaneswar. The IPD Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating patient admissions, ensuring proper documentation, liaising with medical staff, and addressing patient and family inquiries. Additional responsibilities include monitoring patient progress, coordinating discharge processes, maintaining accurate patient records, and ensuring compliance with hospital protocols and standards.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and administrative skills, with experience in managing patient admissions and records
• Proficient in interpersonal communication and customer service to assist patients and families effectively
• Knowledge of healthcare protocols, documentation, and compliance requirements
• Ability to coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other hospital staff for seamless patient care
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills, with attention to detail
• Proficiency in basic computer and hospital management software systems
• Experience in the healthcare or hospital sector is preferred, but not mandator
