 IT Business Development Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic IT Business Development Manager with 3-5 years of experience to drive revenue growth in our technology solutions portfolio.  Key Responsibilities
-Opportunity Identification: Conduct market research to pinpoint emerging IT trends, such as cloud computing, cybersecurity, AI/ML, and SaaS solutions, and identify potential clients in target industries (e.g., finance, healthcare, e-commerce).
- **Lead Generation and Nurturing:** Develop and execute lead generation strategies, including cold outreach, networking events, webinars, and digital marketing campaigns to build a robust pipeline.
- **Partnership Development:** Forge and maintain strategic alliances with IT vendors, resellers, and channel partners to co-create value propositions and expand market reach.
- **Sales Strategy Execution:** Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, product) to craft customized IT solution pitches, proposals, and contracts that align with client needs and company goals.
- **Client Relationship Management:** Cultivate long-term relationships with key stakeholders, handle negotiations, and ensure high client satisfaction to drive repeat business and upsell opportunities.
- **Performance Tracking:** Monitor KPIs such as revenue targets, conversion rates, and ROI on business initiatives; prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership.
- **Team Collaboration:** Mentor junior team members and contribute to the overall business development roadmap, including competitive analysis and pricing strategies.

Required Qualifications

|Education | Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, IT, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred. |
| Experience | 3-5 years in business development, sales, or account management within the IT/technology sector (e.g., software sales, IT consulting, or SaaS). Proven success in B2B environments with a track record of meeting/exceeding revenue targets. |
| Skills - Strong understanding of IT products/services (e.g., ERP, CRM, cloud infrastructure).Excellent verbal and written communication; negotiation and presentation skills. Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.  Analytical mindset for market research and data-driven decision-making. |
| **Soft Skills** | Proactive, results-oriented, with the ability to thrive in a competitive, fast-paced setting. Strong networking abilities and cultural adaptability. |

 Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications: Certified Sales Professional (CSP), ITIL, or AWS/Google Cloud sales credentials.
- Experience in specific IT niches (e.g., fintech solutions, digital transformation).
- Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Analytics, or market intelligence platforms (e.g., Gartner reports).What We Offer
