Role Description The IoT and 3D Printing Teacher/Facilitator will deliver engaging, hands-on sessions that help students understand and apply concepts in Internet of Things and 3D printing technologies. This full-time, on-site role is based in Mumbai and involves planning and conducting classes, workshops, and lab activities aligned with Grok Learning’s applied education framework. The facilitator will design lesson plans that integrate real-world industry use cases, guide students through project-based learning, and support them in building functional prototypes and solutions. Daily responsibilities include mentoring students, assessing learning outcomes, collaborating with other educators, and ensuring effective use of the Grovator® platform and related tools. The role also requires staying updated on emerging IoT and 3D printing trends and contributing to curriculum enhancement.
- Candidates should possess strong Teaching and Training skills, with experience facilitating hands-on, project-based learning.
- Candidates should possess solid Lesson Planning and Education skills, including the ability to design structured, outcome-focused curricula.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for explaining technical concepts clearly and supporting diverse learners.
- Candidates should ideally have foundational knowledge of IoT, Robotics , 3D printing, and related hardware/software tools. ( Knowledge about Scada PLCHMI will be added advantage)
- Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Education, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- Candidates should demonstrate comfort with classroom management, learner engagement, and basic assessment methods.
- Candidates should be willing to work on-site in Mumbai and collaborate with faculty, administrators, and industry partners.
- Prior experience in STEM education, makerspaces, or innovation labs, and familiarity with cloud-based learning platforms, will be beneficial.
