Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an iOS Development Engineer 1. The role involves contributing to research and development, building iOS applications, writing high-quality code, testing software for performance and reliability, and collaborating on innovative educational solutions. Responsibilities include maintaining iOS applications, troubleshooting technical issues, and working closely with a cross-functional team to implement effective enhancements.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Software Development, Programming, and iOS app development
- Familiarity with UIKit, SwiftUI, Core Data, Core Animation, and other iOS frameworks.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and JSON.
- Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.
- Knowledge of Apple’s design principles and Human Interface Guidelines (HIG).
- Knowledge of Testing methodologies and tools to ensure software quality and performance
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team-oriented remote environment
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in educational technology development is a plus
