Role Overview
Position: Senior/Architect-level iOS Developer (On Contract)
Experience: 10–15 years
Someone who has minimum 5 years of experience in Native iOS/Swift
Has Experience with iPad application and product development experience
Focus: Building large-scale, scalable, and maintainable applications
Contract Duration: 3+3 Months
Work Duration: Minimum 8 hours required per weekday
Work Timings: IST Time Zone
Core Technical Requirements
- Strong expertise in iOS architecture and system design
- Hands-on knowledge of:
- SwiftUI (practical experience expected, not basic)
- MVVM / MVC / MVVM-C and reactive programming
- Core Data
- Writing modular, reusable classes and functions
- Experience with offline-first applications (preferred)
Architecture & Engineering Skills
Understanding of:
- Monolithic vs Microservices architecture
- Event-driven / distributed systems
- Familiarity with design patterns:
- Factory, Builder, Strategy
- Code quality & best practices:
- Exposure to tools like Sonar (SonarQube)
Web & System Exposure
- Strong understanding of web application architecture
Leadership & Team Fit
- Ability to guide and mentor junior iOS developers
- Strong technical leadership and decision-making skills
- Good team fit and collaboration mindset
Key Expectations
- Practical, hands-on expertise (not just theoretical or generic answers)
- Proven experience in designing architectural-level solutions.
