What You'll Do
- Design, build, and ship scalable, high-performance native iOS applications using Swift for customer-facing fintech product experiences
- Architect reusable and maintainable iOS components with strong attention to performance, reliability, modularisation, and developer productivity
- Build polished UI experiences aligned with Apple Human Interface Guidelines using UIKit — SwiftUI exposure is a strong plus
- Integrate mobile applications with backend systems and RESTful APIs while applying strong security, privacy, authentication, and secure storage practices
- Improve app quality through testing, observability, debugging, performance optimization, CI/CD pipelines, release automation, and code reviews
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, backend engineers, QA, and DevOps teams in an agile product environment
What We're Looking For
- 4–8 years of hands-on experience building and shipping native iOS applications with strong Swift programming depth and ownership of production mobile features
- Deep understanding of iOS architecture patterns — MVC, MVVM, or Clean Architecture — with ability to explain trade-offs in maintainability, testing, and scalability
- Strong knowledge of UIKit, REST API integration, asynchronous programming, networking, offline handling, memory management, and app performance optimization
- Experience with Git workflows, CI/CD pipelines, release automation, debugging, testable code, and analytics or crash reporting tools
- Product company experience is mandatory — fintech, high-scale consumer application, or modular architecture experience is a strong differentiator
- iOS Engineer, iOS Developer, Mobile App Developer, Swift Developer, Senior iOS Engineer, or Mobile Software Engineer with equivalent experience are welcome to apply
