Our Client is looking for a Lead IT Operations Management (ITOM). As our Lead IT Operations Manager, you will spearhead agile solutions, drive deployment, and foster continuous evolution and optimization of our enterprise-wide platforms.

What you'll do:
Change Management: Oversee and coordinate all aspects of change management to ensure smooth transitions and minimal disruptions.
Release Management: Lead the planning, scheduling, and control of software builds, ensuring successful releases.
Value Chain Payments: Manage and optimize value chain payment processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
Critical Applications Management: Oversee the management and maintenance of five critical applications, ensuring their reliability and performance.
Payment Systems, ATMs, Servers Management: Ensure the smooth operation of payment systems, ATMs, and servers, addressing any issues promptly.
People Management: Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Your expertise:
Environment: Issuing and Acquiring, Transactional Banking, Relationship Banking or Card Space
Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, databases, and security systems. Proficiency in IT service management tools like ServiceNow or Jira.
Project Management Expertise: Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum. Certifications like PMP (Project Management Professional) can be beneficial.
Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Leadership Skills: Proven experience in managing and leading IT teams. Ability to motivate and guide team members towards achieving organizational goals.
Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Experience: Several years of experience in IT operations management or a related field, with a track record of successful project delivery and system optimization
Qualifications required:
A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
