Our Ideal Candidate You are a perfect fit if you: - Are Entry level** but highly skilled in Figma and have a stellar portfolio showcasing your design expertise. - Are eager to learn new technologies, as you will be required to build webpages using page builders like Webflow and other similar platforms. - Have a deep understanding of UI/UX principles and can translate complex ideas into user-friendly designs. - Are detail-oriented, with a keen eye for aesthetics and precision in design. - Can work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects with varying deadlines. Skills & Traits - Proficiency in Figma and experience with prototyping and design systems. - A robust portfolio demonstrating your design prowess and creative solutions. - Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions and collaborate with team members and clients. - A proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest design trends and tools. Responsibilities Design Development - Create engaging and user-friendly designs for landing pages and other digital products. - Work closely with our developers to implement designs into functional webpages using tools like Webflow. Collaboration - Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and ensure their vision is translated into the final product. - Work with other team members to refine and iterate on designs based on feedback and usability testing. Innovation & Growth - Continuously seek new tools and methodologies to enhance the design process. - Contribute to the development of design standards and best practices at Inweave.
