Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inward and Outward Team Leader based in Dahaulana. The Team Leader will oversee and manage the daily operations related to goods receiving, storage, and dispatch. Responsibilities include monitoring inventory levels, coordinating logistics, ensuring timely and accurate order processing, and supervising team members to maintain operational efficiency. The role will also involve working with cross-functional teams to address challenges and improve processes.
Qualifications
- Experience in inventory management, stock handling, and warehouse operations
- Strong leadership, team supervision, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficiency in using warehouse management systems and other relevant software
- Problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements
- Time management and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- A bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred
- Familiarity with compliance and safety regulations in a warehousing and logistics setting
- Previous experience in managing inward and outward logistics is advantageous
