Following their recent funding our client is hiring a Product Manager with a strong background in B2C Fintech to drive the product vision, strategy, and execution within a fast-paced, growing organisation. This role is pivotal in shaping and delivering products that meet customer needs and align with the company's strategic goals.
About the Role:
Product Vision & Strategy: Define, communicate, and align a clear product vision with company goals to ensure product-market fit.
Roadmap Development: Develop and prioritize the product roadmap based on deep market insights, customer feedback, and competitive analysis.
End-to-End Product Management: Lead the entire product lifecycle from ideation through development to launch and continuous iteration.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with teams across Engineering, Risk, Customer Support, and Design to ensure seamless product delivery and execution.
KYC Expertise: Leverage your experience with KYC processes to ensure regulatory compliance and smooth customer onboarding.
Metrics-Driven Decisions: Use data and customer feedback to prioritize features, measure product success, and drive continuous improvement.
About You:
Experience: 4+ years of experience in product management, ideally within B2C Fintech or similar fast-paced, product-driven organizations.
KYC Experience: Hands-on experience working with KYC (Know Your Customer) processes and regulations in a financial services context.
Product Leadership: Proven ability to lead the full-cycle product development process, from concept to successful market launch.
Technical Skills: Strong technical understanding to translate high-level ideas into actionable, detailed product requirements.
Tool Familiarity: Comfortable using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Google Docs, and Miro.
