Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for an Invoice Processing and Payroll Executive. The role involves managing end-to-end invoice processing, including verification of invoice details, coding expenses, matching purchase orders, and ensuring timely approvals and payments. The executive will handle payroll preparation and processing, including collecting and validating time and attendance data, calculating wages and deductions, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements. Responsibilities also include maintaining accurate records of accounts payable, payroll entries, and related documentation, reconciling vendor and employee accounts, and supporting monthly and year-end closings. The role requires close collaboration with finance, HR, and operations teams to resolve discrepancies, respond to queries, and support audits, while adhering to internal controls and confidentiality standards.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in invoice processing, accounts payable, and basic bookkeeping, with attention to accuracy and timely execution.
- Experience in payroll preparation, payroll compliance, and handling statutory deductions and reporting.
- Proficiency with accounting and payroll software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, MYOB, Zoho Books, or similar platforms) and solid MS Excel skills.
- Good understanding of financial processes, reconciliations, and documentation required for audits and regulatory compliance.
- Effective analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills to identify and resolve discrepancies in invoices and payroll data.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage deadlines, and handle sensitive financial and employee information with integrity and confidentiality.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; prior experience in outsourcing or shared services environments is an advantage.
