Our Product Management team is responsible for driving the roadmap, strategy, and execution of technology products that support Invitation Homes' operations and customer experience. We are seeking a talented Product Manager to join our growing team and make a significant impact on the business. As a Product Manager at Invitation Homes, you will: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product strategy, roadmaps, and requirements for key initiatives - Translate business and customer needs into clear, actionable requirements that drive product development - Advocate for the customer and ensure product decisions are aligned with their needs - Monitor product performance and user feedback to identify opportunities for improvement - Partner with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality, user-centric products - Communicate product progress, roadmaps, and objectives to key stakeholders - Drive user testing, collect feedback, and incorporate insights into the product development process - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive landscape to inform product strategy
