Design Programs Manager

The partnerships team at InVision is hiring a Design Programs Manager to help build, launch, staff, and maintain some exciting new InVision partnership programs intended to deeply engage our customers and community. In this role, you'll work closely with a multi-disciplinary set of teams across the organization including: product, sales, marketing, and events. We're looking for a driven, self-starter that intimately understands the digital product design community and who's passion for it is a key driving force. A background in digital product design is highly encouraged (we love crossover roles!). If you've historically enjoyed designing with pixels, ever geeked out on UX methodology, or could chat design best practices late into the night- you're our cup of tea. A strong candidate best-suited for this role will have a digital product design background and a passion for building engaging, design-centric, community infrastructure. You love connecting and interacting with your fellow practitioners in the space. This role will be pivotal in solidifying InVision's mission to celebrate, educate and encourage product design teams around the world in their craft.
