We are looking for a high-energy Investor Success Associate to be the bridge between our investment opportunities and our community of investors. You will be responsible for the entire investor lifecycle- from initial outreach and platform onboarding to pitching active deals and managing long-term relationships.
If you have a background in VC, MicroVC, or Angel Networks, and you enjoy "the art of the deal" as much as the "science of reporting," this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities- Network Growth: Proactively identify and build a robust network of potential investors.
- Seamless Onboarding: Guide new investors through registration, KYC, and platform navigation.
- Deal Advocacy: Educate investors on live opportunities to drive capital deployment.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain an active CRM to track investor interest and commitments.
- Portfolio Reporting: Deliver timely post-investment updates and performance reports to investors.
- Relationship Retention: Act as the primary point of contact for all investor inquiries.
Qualifications & Skills- Experience: 1–3 years in Investor Relations, Business Development, or Fundraising.
- Domain Expertise: Prior experience in a VC, MicroVC, Angel Network, or Fintech platform is highly preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills; you should be able to explain complex investment terms simply.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable using CRMs, investment platforms, and financial reporting tools.
- Personality: You are a "people person" with a high degree of empathy, persistence, and professional integrity.
