Role Overview
The Analyst will be responsible for supporting end-to-end investor servicing and fund operations activities. This includes managing investor requests, supporting cash and transaction processing, assisting with reconciliations, and ensuring accurate maintenance of investor and fund records. The role involves close collaboration with global stakeholders across investment operations, finance, accounting, legal, tax, and treasury teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day investor operations activities including investor servicing, queries, and documentation
- Assist in cash management, transaction processing, and position maintenance for private funds
- Perform and support reconciliation processes and investigate breaks in coordination with senior team members
- Maintain accurate investor records, contact details, and fund-related data
- Support preparation of investor reporting and internal operational reports
- Ensure adherence to defined controls, procedures, and operational standards
- Coordinate with global stakeholders to resolve operational queries in a timely manner
- Assist in onboarding of new investors and setup-related activities
- Support process improvements, automation initiatives, and system enhancements
- Ensure timely escalation of operational issues or exceptions
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field
- Experience in financial services, fund operations, investor services, or middle office roles
- Basic understanding of investment operations / trade lifecycle (preferred)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills with ability to work across global teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic financial systems
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to alternative assets / private markets operations
- Experience with reconciliation tools or workflow systems (e.g., DUCO, Monday.com)
- Understanding of fund structures and investor servicing processes
