Job Title: Lead Analyst – Investor Services Business Unit: Investment Operations Key Responsibilities: Location: Bangalore, India
• Manage, review and oversee the investor requests mailbox and responding back to complex investor queries in a timely manner.
• Review Salesforce tickets for tracking investor requests.
• Review templates and questionnaires received from limited partners on quarterly/half yearly/yearly basis. • Liaising with the multiple teams and consolidating the information or data based on LP’s requirement.
• Review investor onboarding and fund onboarding process and track the progress.
• Review onboarded LP contact and wire instructions.
• Review LP transfers process on a quarterly basis. • Review weekly reports and quarterly deck for Management reporting purpose. • Prepare business reviews for senior investment management. • Work independently and simultaneously to execute multiple projects in a demanding environment. • Identify any opportunity for, and implement process improvements, service enhancements, or technology enhancements.. • Work closely with the multiple teams in NY and consolidating the information or data based on process requirement • Serve as the primary point of escalation for internal and external clients. • Assist NY team on various ad-hoc projects and activities. • Prepare, update and review process documentation or SOPs. • Provide training and guidance to junior team members & promote positive workplace culture in team. Desired Candidate Profile: • Post Graduate with relevant experience of 6+ years • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Proactive, eager to learn and must operate with the highest level of integrity. • Excellent understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives. • Excellent analytical, mathematical, and creative problem-solving skills. • Excellent written and oral communication skills. • Excellent listening and interpersonal skills. • Keen attention to detail. • Highly self motivated and directed. • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment. • Strong customer service orientation. • Ability to work in a fast paced professional environment and handle multiple projects and deadlines • Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively across multiple levels, functions and locations • Effectively work and communicate with members of the team to ensure established deadlines are being met in an efficient, accurate and thorough manner • Actively participate and contribute to initiatives that generate greater accuracy in processing efficiencies. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) required • Ideally has work based exposure to or knowledge of: o Accounting/Audit Functions o Middle/Back Office Operations o Corporate Accounting • Assist Supervisor and Team Lead with training and mentoring of new joiners
