📢 We're Hiring | Investor Relations Specialist / Head – Investor Relations
📍 Location: Ahmedabad
We are looking for a dynamic professional to lead investor communications and strengthen relationships with investors, analysts, and financial stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Manage investor relations and stakeholder communication
🔹 Prepare investor presentations, annual reports, and financial updates
🔹 Coordinate investor meetings, conference calls, and disclosures
🔹 Analyze market trends, competitor performance, and industry insights
🔹 Support fundraising initiatives and strategic investor engagement
🔹 Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Leadership teams to ensure transparent communication
Requirements
✔ Strong understanding of financial statements and capital markets
✔ Excellent communication and presentation skills
✔ Strong analytical and stakeholder management abilities
✔ Experience in Investor Relations, Corporate Finance, Equity Research, or related functions preferred
