Job Description:
We are a land investment and land banking company focusing on industrial and strategic land investments. We are looking for an Investor Relations Manager who can build relationships with investors, business owners, and high net worth individuals and assist in raising funds for land investment projects.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and connect with potential investors
- Schedule and conduct investor meetings
- Present land investment opportunities
- Maintain investor database and relationships
- Coordinate investment documentation and agreements
- Work closely with management on investment projects
- Build network with Chartered Accountants, Wealth Managers, and Business Owners
- Represent the company in business networking events
Requirements:
- Good communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience in banking, insurance, wealth management, real estate, or financial services preferred
- Willing to travel and meet clients
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
Compensation:
- Fixed salary + performance incentives based on funds raised and deals closed
