Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Investor Relations Manager to lead and strengthen the investor communication framework for our clients. The role requires deep understanding of capital markets, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to translate business performance into compelling investor narratives.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a robust and differentiated Investor Relations (IR) strategy aligned with the company’s long-term vision and market positioning
Build a deep understanding of the company’s business model, financials, and key value drivers to effectively communicate with the investor community
Lead preparation of all investor-facing communications including Investor Presentations, Press Releases, Annual Reports, and other disclosures
Manage end-to-end quarterly earnings processes including earnings calls, investor Q&A, and analyst interactions
Engage proactively with buy-side investors, fund managers, and sell-side analysts to enhance coverage and investor confidence
Conduct detailed peer benchmarking and competitive analysis to position the company effectively in the market
Drive investor engagement initiatives such as Non-Deal Roadshows (NDRs), Corporate Days, Site Visits, and Management Meetings
Build and maintain strong relationships with C-suite leadership, providing strategic insights and feedback from the investor community
Ensure consistency, accuracy, and timeliness in all disclosures in line with regulatory requirements
Track market perception, analyst reports, and investor feedback to continuously refine IR strategy
Preferred Candidate Profile:
8–12 years of experience in Investor Relations, Equity Research, Corporate Finance, or related roles (agency or corporate experience preferred)
MBA/PGDM (Finance) or equivalent qualification; CFA/CA is an added advantage
Strong understanding of financial statements, valuation metrics, and capital markets
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Proven experience in handling senior stakeholders and external investors
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail
