Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and articulate Investor Relations Manager to act as the key bridge between the company and its investors. The ideal candidate will come from a strong finance background, possess excellent communication skills, and be confident in leading investor meetings, presentations, and discussions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive investor relations strategy
- Serve as the primary point of contact for investors, analysts, and stakeholders
- Lead investor meetings, earnings calls, and presentations with confidence
- Communicate financial performance, business updates, and strategic initiatives clearly
- Prepare investor-facing materials including presentations, reports, and press releases
- Collaborate closely with finance, leadership, and corporate teams
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and investor sentiment
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and disclosure requirements
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential investors
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in Investor Relations, Equity Research, Corporate Finance, or similar roles
- Strong understanding of financial statements, valuation, and capital markets
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to lead meetings and present to senior stakeholders
- High level of confidence, professionalism, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to simplify complex financial information for diverse audiences
Preferred Skills
- Experience in listed companies or dealing with institutional investors
- Strong presentation and storytelling abilities
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Proficiency in financial modeling and reporting tools
