Role Description:
The Investor Relations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. The person in this role will manage relationships with current and prospective investors, respond to information requests, and coordinate regular updates such as newsletters, reports, and performance summaries. Responsibilities include preparing investor presentations, pitch decks, and data rooms, as well as organizing investor meetings, roadshows, and events. The Investor Relations Manager will collaborate with finance and leadership teams to track portfolio performance, support fundraising processes, and ensure consistent, transparent communication. The role also involves monitoring market trends, gathering investor feedback, and contributing to strategies that strengthen Favcy’s investor network and reputation.
Qualifications:
- Strong Investor Relations skills, including managing investor communications, building long-term relationships, and handling investor queries professionally.
- Robust Finance and Investments knowledge, with the ability to understand venture capital, portfolio performance, and capital-raising processes.
- Proficiency in Financial Modeling and Analytical Skills to interpret data, prepare performance analyses, and support decision-making for leadership and investors.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear presentations, reports, and investor materials.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant professional certification (e.g., CFA, CA) is an advantage.
- Experience in venture capital, private equity, investment banking, or startup ecosystems is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Delhi, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
