🚀 We're Hiring: Manager – Investor Relations
Location: Mumbai | Full-Time

At Equibee Capital Advisors, we help growth-focused businesses navigate their capital market journey through SME IPOs, Mainboard IPOs, Fund Raising, Rights Issues, Preferential Issues, and Strategic Capital Advisory.
We are looking for an experienced Manager – Investor Relations to strengthen our investor network and drive stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Build and maintain relationships with HNIs, UHNIs, Family Offices, Institutional Investors, and Market Participants
✔ Coordinate fundraising mandates and investor outreach activities
✔ Develop investor presentations, teasers, investment notes, and pitch materials
✔ Manage investor communication throughout fundraising and IPO processes
✔ Organize investor meetings, roadshows, webinars, and networking events
✔ Work closely with founders, promoters, and management teams on capital-raising initiatives
✔ Track market developments and identify potential investor opportunities
Desired Profile
✅ 2–5 years of experience in Investor Relations, Wealth Management, Investment Banking, Capital Markets, or Fund Raising
✅ Strong communication and relationship management skills
✅ Understanding of equity markets, SME IPOs, and fundraising transactions
✅ Professional presentation and negotiation skills
