We are looking for a dynamic and relationship-driven Investor Relations Executive to build and nurture relationships across the alternative investment ecosystem. The role involves engaging investors, intermediaries, academia and AIF ecosystem participants to create opportunities for accreditation, learning, and career pathways for our community.
You will work and learn with following responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HNIs, family offices, wealth managers, distributors, and intermediaries.
- Identify partnership opportunities to expand investor network and participation from AIF ecosystem in India and GIFT City.
- Drive onboarding for accreditation programs in alternative investments and be the primary point of contact for investor onboarding, queries and engagement.
- Engage with AIFs, PMS providers, venture capital firms, and ecosystem stakeholders to conduct webinars, awareness programs and engage with academia and students.
- Position the organization as a talent pipeline for the alternative investment industry and Build partnerships to secure internships, live projects, and job opportunities for learners of our AIF-PMS Masters’ Club.
- Gather feedback and continuously improve program positioning and delivery.
- Facilitate networking opportunities between investors, students and BFSI industry participants.
- Organize events, roundtables, and knowledge sessions.
- Track market trends and competitor activity to refine outreach strategy.
- Create and increase brand awareness, primarily using WhatsApp API and community.
- Work in sync with the Social Media team, to post organic content across social media.
What you’ll need
● Candidates must have at least 3-5 years of work experience, mandatorily in Investor relations, with strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
● Understanding of financial markets, especially alternative investments (preferable).
● Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and institutional partners, with high ownership and execution focus.
● Prior experience in investor relations, BD, financial services, or education partnerships (preferred)
● Candidates will be hired on a full-time basis, working from Mumbai (Tardeo) office.

CTC: Fixed 7-9 Lakhs per annum + ESOPs
