Job Description: Investment Analyst (Investor Relations Manager)

Key Responsibilities:
Investor Onboarding and Partnerships
- Support onboarding of venture capital firms and private equity firms, positioning Startup Stairs as a scouting partner or general partner
- Facilitate Startup Stairs’s entry as an investor in national and international incubators and accelerator centers
- Assist in establishing Startup Stairs as a client to large corporates to initiate exclusive startup cohorts
Startup Evaluation and Alignment
- Conduct detailed evaluation of pitch decks, business models, and financial projections
- Align startup pitch decks with the investment thesis of partner funds
- Review and analyze shareholding agreements, ensuring compliance with all terms and conditions
Financial Mechanisms and Institutional Engagement
- Onboard non-banking financial companies and collaborate on startup financing solutions
- Facilitate access to financial mechanism support from various departments of the Government of India
- Advise startups on incentive-linked schemes and government-backed programs
Strategic Ecosystem Development
- Build long-term relationships with incubators, accelerators, corporates, and government agencies
- Position Startup Stairs as a key player in the global startup ecosystem through strategic investments and partnerships
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- 3–4 years of experience in investment analysis, investor relations, or startup ecosystem
- Strong understanding of startup evaluation, financial models, and fundraising processes
- Candidates who have prior experience in fundraising or have successfully raised funds for startups will be highly preferred
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills
- Prior experience in working with SIDBI .
