Role Description The Investor Relations Associate role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. This role involves supporting the development and delivery of clear, consistent investment narratives and IR materials, including investor presentations, factsheets, earnings call scripts, and Q&A documents. The Associate will assist in organizing and tracking investor outreach activities, roadshows, conferences, and one-on-one meetings, while maintaining up-to-date investor databases and engagement records. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring market and peer updates, preparing analytical summaries, and contributing to perception studies and quarterly results positioning. The role also requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders and clients to ensure accurate, timely communication with institutional investors, analysts, and financial media.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Investor Relations and Communication skills, including the ability to craft clear investment narratives and client-ready materials.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and an understanding of Investments, including familiarity with financial statements, valuation concepts, and capital markets.
- Candidates should possess exposure or interest in Private Equity and public market investing, with the ability to track sector and company-level developments.
- Candidates should possess excellent written and verbal communication abilities, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and related tools.
- Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field; prior experience or internships in investor relations, equity research, investment banking, or asset management are an advantage.
- Candidates should possess strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, and a collaborative approach to working with clients and team members.
