Role Description
This is a full-time role for an Investor Relations Associate in the Real Estate Private Equity division. The role involves supporting fundraising initiatives, managing investor relationships, coordinating investor communication, and assisting with strategic capital partnerships.
The associate will work directly with senior leadership on investor outreach, relationship management, pipeline tracking, and preparation of investor-facing materials including presentations, market updates, teasers, and fund documentation.
The role also involves engaging with HNIs, family offices, wealth managers, developers, and institutional stakeholders across the real estate and private capital ecosystem. Additional responsibilities include maintaining data rooms, coordinating due diligence processes, tracking capital conversations, and supporting overall fund positioning and investor engagement efforts.
Qualifications
- Experience in Investor Relations, Capital Raising, Wealth Management, Private Equity, Investment Banking, or Real Estate Finance
- Strong relationship-building and networking ability, particularly across HNIs, family offices, wealth advisors, developers, or investment circles
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate investment opportunities, financial data, and investor reporting requirements
- Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to manage high-trust professional relationships
- Understanding of Investments and Private Equity, particularly within the real estate, hospitality, or alternative investments sector
- Proficiency in financial analysis, presentation tools, investor communication materials, and CRM or pipeline management
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced and high-accountability environment with strong ownership and execution discipline
- Prior experience in fundraising, investor coverage, real estate investments, or institutional relationship management is preferred
- Existing investor, allocator, or developer network in Mumbai is a strong advantage
