Role Description The Investor & Co-Founder will play a strategic leadership role in shaping Indiexpo Global’s long-term vision, capital structure, and international expansion roadmap. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Hyderabad, where the individual will spend part of the time on-site for leadership, meetings, and partner engagements, with some work-from-home flexibility for strategy and planning. Day-to-day responsibilities include evaluating and securing investment opportunities, guiding financial planning and risk management, and collaborating with the founding team to refine business models and growth initiatives. The role entails building and maintaining global trade partnerships, overseeing key client and vendor relationships, and supporting the development of new export verticals and market entry strategies. The Investor & Co-Founder will also contribute to governance, performance tracking, and high-level decision-making to ensure sustainable and compliant international operations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in investing, co-founding, or leading growth-stage companies, preferably in international trade, manufacturing, or supply chain sectors.
- Strong background in finance, capital allocation, and risk assessment, with the ability to evaluate business models and returns on investment.
- Knowledge of global trade practices, export-import regulations, and compliance frameworks across multiple product categories.
- Demonstrated ability to build strategic partnerships with manufacturers, distributors, and institutional buyers in domestic and international markets.
- Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills, with a collaborative leadership style suited to a co-founder environment.
- Experience in scaling operations, setting performance metrics, and implementing structured processes for quality, documentation, and regulatory adherence.
- Comfort working in a hybrid setup from Hyderabad, with the flexibility to travel domestically or internationally as business needs require.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Finance, International Trade, or a related discipline is preferred; relevant entrepreneurial track record can substitute for formal education.
