Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Investment Manager responsible for sourcing investors, building relationships with HNI/UHNI clients, and raising capital for high-growth real estate and investment projects.
The role is completely performance driven with unlimited earning potential based on investments raised.
Investment managers typically design investment strategies, identify opportunities, and manage investor portfolios to maximise returns while controlling risk. 
Key Responsibilities
Investor Acquisition
•Identify and onboard HNI, family offices,and institutional investors
•Build a strong investor network through referrals, events, and personal relationships
•Pitch investment opportunities and close funding deals
Investment Advisory
•Present high-return real estate and alternative investment opportunities
•Explain ROI, risk structure, and investment models
•Guide investors on portfolio diversification
Deal Execution
•Work closely with the company leadership and project teams
-Participate in investment structuring and negotiations
•Manage investment documentation and onboarding
Relationship Management
- Maintain long-term relationships with investors
- Provide regular project updates and ROI reports

Business Development
•Generate new investment leads
•Build partnerships with wealth managers, brokers, and consultants
•Represent Vedant Group at investment forums and networking events
Key Requirements
•5+ years experience in investment advisory / wealth management / real estate investments
•Strong network of HNI / UHNI investors
•Background in real estate, private equity, wealth management, or capital raising
•Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
•Entrepreneurial mindset with high income motivation
Compensation Structure
•Revenue share / commission on investments raised
•Unlimited earning potential
•Performance based incentives
Example structure:
- 2% – 5% commission on investments closed
- Additional bonus for large ticket investments
