We are looking for a highly driven and entrepreneurial professional to work closely with the Founder’s Office, investment team, and the university-linked AIC incubation ecosystem. The role involves identifying promising startups, supporting incubation activities, conducting startup and market research, preparing investment materials, and helping build a strong startup pipeline for the fund and incubation platform.
This is a high-ownership role ideal for someone who understands startups, innovation ecosystems, founder journeys, and early-stage business evaluation.
Key Responsibilities
Startup Sourcing & Ecosystem Development
- Identify and engage high-potential startups across sectors
- Build relationships with founders, student entrepreneurs, innovators, and startup communities
- Create a strong startup sourcing pipeline through events, outreach, university networks, and ecosystem partnerships
- Scout emerging technologies, business models, and innovation trends
