Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. The Job Title role will be responsible for managing day-to-day banking activities, including customer interaction, service delivery, and operational support in line with YES BANK’s policies and standards. The position involves analyzing customer needs, recommending appropriate banking products and services, and supporting sales and relationship-building initiatives. The role will also include coordinating with internal teams, ensuring regulatory and compliance requirements are met, and maintaining accurate records and documentation. The team member will contribute to process improvement, use digital tools and data for decision-making, and uphold the bank’s values of integrity, innovation, and customer focus.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills, with the ability to understand client needs and offer appropriate banking solutions.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills to assess financial information, identify risks, and support sound decision-making.
- Comfort with digital banking platforms, data-driven tools, and basic MS Office applications to manage workflows and reporting.
- Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and cross-functional teams.
- Understanding of banking operations, regulatory guidelines, and compliance requirements in retail, MSME, or corporate banking (prior experience in financial services is an advantage).
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Business, Economics, or a related field; advanced certifications in banking or finance are a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment with attention to detail and high ethical standards.
