The Opportunity

We are seeking a high-caliber Investment Specialist to lead capital strategy and fundraising efforts.

This is not a back-office finance role.

You will work directly with the founders to:

Architect our fundraising strategy

Shape investor positioning

Build relationships with Tier-1 VCs, crypto funds, and strategic partners

Drive the company through its next institutional funding round

What You’ll Own

🚀 Fundraising Strategy

Design and execute Seed / Pre-Series A / Series A strategy

Define valuation positioning and capital structure

Identify optimal investor mix (crypto-native funds, traditional VCs, family offices, strategic players)

🤝 Investor Relations & Deal Execution

Build and manage pipeline of institutional investors

Lead investor conversations and negotiations

Coordinate due diligence and term sheet processes

Maintain long-term investor relationships

📊 Financial & Strategic Positioning

Develop robust financial models and growth projections

Support tokenomics strategy (if applicable)

Refine pitch decks, investment memos, and data rooms

Align capital strategy with product and regulatory roadmap

Who You Are

3–7+ years in VC, investment banking, private equity, growth equity, or startup fundraising

Demonstrated track record of participating in or leading successful funding rounds

Strong financial modeling and valuation expertise

Deep understanding of venture deal structures

Experience in FinTech, crypto, or Web3 strongly preferred

Confident communicator with negotiation strength

Comfortable operating in a fast-moving startup environment

Bonus:

• Experience with token launches or structured token rounds
• Existing relationships with crypto funds or Tier-1 VCs
