About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven and entrepreneurial Investment Relationship Manager to lead customer acquisition and revenue growth initiatives. This role is ideal for someone with a strong hunter mindset who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys building relationships from scratch, and has a proven ability to independently close high-value deals.
The ideal candidate will have strong B2C sales experience, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of financial products and client relationship management. You will play a key role in expanding the customer base, building long-term trust with clients, and identifying new growth opportunities in the market.
Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Sales
- Drive customer acquisition through proactive and strategic sales efforts
- Generate high-quality leads through direct outreach, referrals, field sales activities, networking events, strategic partnerships, and industry events
- Independently manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure
- Consistently achieve and exceed revenue and sales targets
Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Understand client financial goals and recommend suitable financial solutions
- Build trust with customers through consultative selling and financial education
- Deliver compelling client presentations and product demonstrations
Market Expansion & Business Growth
- Identify new customer segments and untapped market opportunities
- Develop strategies to expand business reach and drive sustainable growth
- Gather market intelligence and competitor insights to strengthen positioning
Brand Representation
- Represent the organization at networking events, industry meets, and client-facing engagements
- Strengthen the company’s market presence through relationship-building initiatives
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong sales hunter mindset with a passion for new business acquisition
- Proven track record of independently closing deals and achieving aggressive targets
- Excellent communication, persuasion, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management capabilities
- High ownership mentality with a target-driven approach
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and performance-oriented environment
- 3–6 years of experience in B2C sales, wealth management, investment advisory, financial services, insurance, fintech, or related industries
- Strong understanding of financial products and investment solutions
- Experience in field sales, partnerships, and client acquisition strategies
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build and scale initiatives from scratch
