📌 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Cold calling and generating qualified leads
• Understanding client requirements and property preferences
• Scheduling and coordinating property/site visits
• Regular follow-ups with prospective clients
• Building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline
• Handling negotiations and closing deals
• Managing complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
• Maintaining strong customer relationships for repeat business and referrals
• Achieving monthly sales targets and performance goals
