Role OverviewThis is a high-impact, hands-on role suited for a self-starter who thrives in a dynamic investment environment. As a Senior Associate / Investment Manager, you will actively contribute across all stages of the investment lifecycle—from evaluation to execution and portfolio management.
You will be expected to go beyond analysis: bring independent thinking, challenge assumptions, and propose actionable solutions. The role demands intellectual curiosity, ownership, and the ability to operate both independently and collaboratively.
Key Responsibilities- Lead financial and strategic analysis, including valuation modeling, due diligence, and market research
- Contribute meaningfully to investment discussions with well-reasoned perspectives and alternative viewpoints
- Identify key issues and drive practical, solution-oriented outcomes
- Prepare investment materials such as memos, presentations, and committee documents
- Support portfolio companies through ongoing monitoring, analysis, and reporting
- Build and maintain relationships with management teams, advisors, and intermediaries
- Take ownership of deliverables and manage workflows proactively
Qualifications & Experience- 4+ years of experience in private equity, investment banking, consulting, or asset management
- Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities with transaction experience
- Ability to think independently, articulate insights clearly, and defend recommendations
- Exposure to sectors such as pharmaceuticals, chemicals, healthcare, business services, manufacturing, or logistics is a plus
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with confidence in discussions and debates
- Strong academic background; MBA, CFA, or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred
