Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Investment Manager – Sales role located in Bengaluru. The Investment Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end property sale transactions, engaging and building relationships with clients, identifying and analyzing suitable investment opportunities, and meeting sales targets. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure an exceptional client experience, along with maintaining market insights to identify trends and opportunities, will also be key responsibilities for this role.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record in achieving revenue targets
- Client engagement and relationship management skills
- Market research and analytical skills to identify trends and investment opportunities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Experience in real estate sales or investments is highly preferred
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales-related software is an asset
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
- Ability to thrive in an on-site, dynamic and target-driven environment
