The Analyst position will play a key role in supporting all aspects of the work of the Infrastructure team.

Working directly with Associate Portfolio Managers of the team, this position provides an opportunity for ambitious and intellectually curious individuals to join an established investment program. The Analyst will work in a collaborative and supportive environment with opportunities for mentorship and career development.

Interviews will commence in late October/early November 2025.

As a Member of Our Team, You Will be Responsible For:

  • Assisting in the management of investments in the portfolio.
  • Preparing operating updates, regular reporting and valuation materials on existing investments.
  • Supporting the building and maintaining of complex financial models on existing investments and monitoring valuation of portfolio companies.
  • Supporting the team’s engagement with portfolio companies to drive IMCO’s agenda including implementation of value creation plans.
  • Undertaking research and analyses to support decision making on existing investments.
  • Conducting research and analysis on a broad range of topics to support investment decision-making across the infrastructure asset class.
  • Assisting in the evaluation of new investment opportunities including involvement in the due diligence process and preparation of investment reports and presentation materials.
  • Supporting internal reporting requirements and ongoing development and enhancements.
  • Engaging in training and development offered within the investments team.

What do you need to succeed?

  • Recent graduates and candidates with up to 2 years of professional experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Previous experience in private equity, investment banking and/or strategic consulting or other relevant experiences in Infrastructure are an asset but not required.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical and research skills.
  • Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and a fast learner.
  • Ability to consistently deliver quality outputs in a fast-paced environment, with an ability to work to tight deadlines and the capability to handle multiple projects and ad-hoc requests simultaneously.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to be proactive and take initiative to understand, support and implement goals and objectives.
