Position Description
- Support during month closing [Actuals & Forecast] w.r.t. to Investments, Launch cost & depreciation (focus Pune plant)
- Support for technical & financial analysis for Investment decisions.
- Drive Cost-out Projects,
- Make/Buy analysis,
- special projects for forums like IIC, Skoda IA
- Provide system improvement ideas to cater new & current requirements efficiency
Primary Responsibilities
Investments
- Support to Pune / CSN Investment tracking.
- Capitalization / AUC follow-up
- Co-ordination for Automation / Process improvements / Digitalization projects
- Asset scrap follow-up
- Support during Planning of internal timeline / premises for "Planning Round" & "Budget" in line with Brand & group guideline
Launch costs
- Support to Pune / CSN Launch costs tracking
- Support to areas with CC / IO details
- Presentation for approval [with back-up] to Board about premises, Cycle Plan & summary.
- Assign [with agreements] appropriate budget to each department with distribution over categories & Projects with monthly calendarization
Depreciation
- Pune / CSN / Mumbai Depreciation
- CWIP tracking
- Create WBS & / Internal order structure on the basis of current project for investment/ launch cost monitoring
- Update BZI approvals in SAP for WBS Budget & Release
- Provision entries in line with all the expected invoices
- Prepare & circulate timelines for monthly closing/ IIC [with detailed breakup of deliverables] to all area responsible
- Analysis & approval of Investment topics Offline
- Support in Preparation of presentation material for forums like IIC, Skoda IA and Make/Buy Analysis
- Provide Dashboard for Major projects like India 2.0 showing status of Budget usage, commitment actuals & Forecast on monthly basis
- Support in documentation during ISO and other audits.
Educational Qualifications Preferred
- CMA / BE / B.Tech / Qualified Management Accountant
