We are looking for an 'Investment Compliance Junior' for a short-term assignment to assist with the transmission of mutual funds, securities, and financial investments from a deceased investor to the legal heir/nominee.
Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilites Include
- Work independently, manage documentation, and coordinate with RTAs, depositories, mutual fund houses, and banks with minimal supervision.
- Independently manage mutual fund and investment transmission documentation.
- Prepare and submit transmission forms and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with CAMS, KFintech, StockHolding, mutual fund houses, banks, and brokers.
- Assist with CKYC updates and compliance documentation.
- Maintain a tracker of submissions, deficiencies, and approvals.
- Verify KYC, nominee/legal heir documentation, affidavits, and indemnities.
- Follow up with institutions until completion of transfer processes.
