Sprout Capital Advisors LLP is a boutique mid-market investment bank based in Bangalore, advising high-growth and mid-market companies on capital raising, M&A, and strategic transactions.
We are looking for an Associate Vice President / Senior Associate to join our Investment Banking team.
Location: Bangalore

What you will do:
- Work on end-to-end execution of equity raises (VC/PE), M&A and strategic advisory mandates
- Build and review financial models, valuations, and transaction benchmarks
- Prepare pitch decks, IMs, teasers, and management presentations
- Conduct sector / company research, investor and buyer mapping
- Coordinate due diligence, data rooms, and process timelines
- Support senior bankers in client and investor interactions
- Guide and review work of analysts where relevant (more so at Sr. Associate level)
What we are looking for:
- 2–6 years of experience in investment banking, PE/VC, transaction advisory, valuations, or corporate finance
- Strong grasp of financial statements, modeling and valuation
- High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication, analytical and project management skills
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, high-ownership environment
- CA / MBA / CFA or equivalent finance background preferred
