Xpertiz is an Investment Banking Firm based out of Bangalore. Xpertiz is a fast-growing investment banking firm specializes in Fund raising and M&A advisory services across various industries, catering to mid to large companies with average deal size of USD 50 million. Xpertiz focuses on transactions in regulated environments with a long-term perspective, emphasizing quality deal structuring.
Role Description
As an Investment Banker, you will play a critical role in helping clients achieve their financial goals through Fund raising, M&A advisory, and strategic financial guidance. The position requires strong analytical, negotiation, and project management skills to manage complex financial transactions.
Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
• Providing financial advisory services to clients, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and restructurings.
• Developing and managing financial models to evaluate transactions and determine valuation metrics.
• Conducting in-depth market research, industry analysis, and competitor benchmarking to support strategic recommendations.
• Identifying potential investors, partners, or acquisition targets and preparing detailed pitch books and presentations.
• Managing the end-to-end deal process, including due diligence, documentation, and negotiation support.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless execution of financial transactions.
• Staying up-to-date on market trends, regulatory changes, and emerging opportunities in the financial sector.
Required Skills
Must-have skills:
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Thorough understanding of valuation methodologies, financial metrics, and deal structuring.
• Proficiency in preparing high-quality client presentations and pitch books.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good-to-have skills:
• Experience in deal origination and business development.
• Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements in financial transactions.
• Basic knowledge of data analytics and visualization tools.
NOTE: APPLY ONLY IF YOU ARE HAVING EXPERIENCE with consulting backgrounds and hands-on experience in buy-side/sell-side mandates as these will be strongly preferred.
Eligibility Criteria
• 7.5-10 years of prior relevant work experience, preferably in investment banking, M&A, or private equity.
• Proven experience in managing financial transactions, including M&A, IPOs, or capital raising.
• Exposure to multinational environments and high-profile transactions will be a bonus.
