Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Investment Banking Specialist based in Delhi, India. The Investment Banking Specialist will work on financial analysis, conduct due diligence, prepare financial models, and support investment decision processes. Responsibilities also include market research, valuation of business opportunities, and assisting in transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, and fundraising efforts. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams and external clients to provide actionable financial insights and solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills essential for evaluating financial data and market trends
- Proficiency in Financial Modeling to design detailed financial forecasts and valuations
- Knowledge of Finance and Investments, including corporate finance principles and investment strategies
- Experience in performing Due Diligence to assess potential risks and opportunities in investment decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction and collaboration
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
- Previous experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or a similar field is preferred
